Cactus Botanics has has extended its line of myricetin, a potent flavonoid derivative of Chinese bayberry bark (Myrica cerifera) to accommodate a global spike in demand following a flurry of independent research in 2011 and 2012. The company’s myrecitin is extracted from the bark, leaves and roots of the plant Myrica cerifera, and is completely water-soluble. In early 2011, Cactus Botanics first offered Myricetin 80%, as tested by HPLC.  Now it has expanded to include Myricetin 50%, Myricetin 80% and Myricetin 90%.
